Trichocereus cuzcoensis was originally collected in Peru by Dr. Rose and is named after the Peruvian city Cuzco. Up to 6 metres tall. Suspected of being used for sacramental purposes in Peru.

I grew this T. cuzcoensis from seed over 15 years ago and it displays variegated growth at times.
