Delosperma bosseranum (plant)

Description

Delosperma bosseranum has been used in a similar way to Sceletium species (Kanna/Kougoed); often the whole plant is crushed and fermented to make a Kanna like material. It forms a large tuber that can also be raised for effect as a succulent bonsai.

Care and Cultivation

Delosperma bosseranum likes a full sun position and is tolerant of extreme heat and heavy frost. Extremely drought tolerant due to the water storing capacities of the tuber.
