Description

Acacia neurophylla ssp. erugata is a shrub or tree belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to Wheatbelt, Mid West and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia. It typically grows to a height of 0.5m to 5m. It flowers from May to November producing yellow flowers. The plant will grow in sandy, loamy or lateritic soils and is often found on plains, rises and granite outcrops. Info at Wikipedia.

Care and Cultivation of Acacia neurophylla ssp. erugata

Scarification is required. Pour just boiled water over the seeds and allow to soak for a few hours to overnight. Plant 5mm under the surface of a well drained seed raising mix in full sun. Keep moist until germination.
