Description

Eryngium expansum is a member of the Apiaceae family, native to Northern NSW and SE QLD. Also called Queensland Eryngo (I call it Sawtooth Parsley as it is related to Sawtooth Coriander or E. foetidum, but instead has a carrot or parsley taste)

Care and Cultivation

Plant seeds just under the surface of a well drained mix in full sun or part shade. Keep moist until germination in 1-2 weeks. Separate seedlings when large enough and plant in a deep pot. Will grow in part shade or full sun. Pinch out flowering tips to keep in a vegetative phase.

25 seeds per packet
