Brugmansia cv. Peach Pendulosity (plant)
A new Brugmansia cultivar with the Brugmansia Society, Peach Pendulosity was bred and raised by Darren at Herbalistics. Peach Pendulosity is a cross between cv. Fluffy Wuffy Ruffles and another Tantra x Culebra seedling. Peach Pendulosity displays linear leaves and flowers similar to Culebra, having separate petals rather than a corolla; they are lightly scented. As the flowers begin to age they fade to a peach colour. This is a highly desirable cultivar, if not for its unusual appearance and attractive habit, then surely for its use in breeding a new line of Brugmansia cultivars with new flower structures and a range of foliage types.
Care and Cultivation of Peach Pendulosity
Peach Pendulosity prefers a part shade position with lots of water in well drained soil. Fertilise weekly when flowering to keep the flowers abundant. Good subtropical zone hardiness and pest resistance. It does stand up well to dry periods in our garden, possibly due to the narrow leaves.
